dolphin-emu-data software package provides Gamecube and Wii emulator - data files, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dolphin-emu-data
dolphin-emu-data is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dolphin-emu-data package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dolphin-emu-data *
You will get with dolphin-emu-data package name, version, architecture and description in a table
